ICT Smart Co., Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal data when you use the ictsmart.com website, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

2. Personal data we collect
- When you send a contact or quotation form: name, email, phone number, LINE ID, message, products you are interested in, the page you sent the form from, date and time, IP address, browser details, the reCAPTCHA result, and when you accepted this policy.
- Visit statistics (only if you choose “Accept all”): a random visitor ID kept in your browser, pages viewed, referring website, language, IP address, browser details and date and time.
- Necessary technical data: the session cookie the website needs to work and to protect forms against forged requests, and server access logs kept for security.
This website does not collect sensitive personal data such as biometric, religious or health data. Please do not include such data in your messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases

We will not use your data to send you news or advertising unless you give separate consent.
4. Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it only as needed to:
- our staff who contact and serve you;
- service providers processing data on our behalf: our server (hosting) provider and email provider;
- Google LLC, for reCAPTCHA (spam checks on forms), Google Maps (the map on the contact page) and Google Fonts;
- LINE, if you choose to contact us through LINE, under LINE’s own privacy policy;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
5. Transfers abroad
Google’s services may process data on servers outside Thailand. These providers apply internationally recognised data protection safeguards, and we act in accordance with Sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA.
6. Retention
- Contact-form data in the website system: up to 3 years from receipt, then deleted automatically.
- Visit statistics: up to 13 months, then deleted automatically.
- If you become our customer, the data needed for sales, warranty and accounting is kept for the periods the law requires.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or by deleting cookies and site data in your browser settings. Refusing statistics cookies does not affect how the website works.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy;
- have your personal data transferred;
- object to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data;
- have your personal data deleted, destroyed or anonymised;
- restrict the use of your personal data;
- have your personal data corrected and kept up to date;
- withdraw consent you have given, at any time;
- complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

9. Security
We use appropriate security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to the website administration limited to authorised staff, and protection against web attacks. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the PDPC and you as the law requires.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its effective date. If we make a significant change, we will ask for your consent again through the cookie banner.
